I am more than halfway through this Bible study with my sons, ages 9 and 7, and it is really fantastic. Each week is devoted to one chapter and so it is quite thorough, and even though we go over the same verses each day for a week, we are looking at it from different angles and really delving into the 5 Ws and an H! I also appreciate that it doesn't take too long (20 minutes or so) and that each book is themed to keep it interesting to the kids (looks at this book from a movie-maker's perspective). This is my 5th year homeschooling and I've tried out many Bible studies. I have already purchased Kay's "Teach me to Pray" from this series for when we finish this book, and I will continue until I've used them all up, and then I will, in all likelihood, buy them again to use with my 3 and 2 year olds when they are older. Can't recommend it enough.
We used this study as a boys' Bible study over the summer. It was a perfect format for my 6th grade boys' group. I am confident that they learned not only some wonderful truths from the book of John, but also Bible study skills that I pray they will take with them throughout their Christian walks. Thank you for this series! It remains as relevant in 2017 as it was when it was published 18 years ago.
This is great workbook to help children & teens work through the Gospel of John and learn not only what the Gospel teaches, but also builds their confidence in teaching them tools on how to dig out information for themselves.It has puzzles & games, too as well as quizzes, which I surprised that my group wanted to take!The book contains the entire Gospel of John as an Observation Worksheet for the kids to make notes in to help them look back & see at a glance to review.
Love this series of workbooks for kids! Teaching my Grandkids about the Bible . The workbooks are very understandable and have questions and things to do to help the kids understand what they are studying. We studied the Books on Revelations and they absolutely loved studying Revelations.

My husband and son (age 9) participate in a Father/Son bible study. This book was a great tool for creating one-on-one time at home for the two men in my life, as well as facilitating great conversation in their group study. Highly recommend. Boys ages in this study range from 8 to 11.
I may have jumped the gun on buying this. It was a bit beyond what my daughter was ready for. I think for our family just being in God's word and talking about it as a family is enough for now. This gets pretty deep with all the questions and such.
This product is a great tool for anyone who wants to teach their child(ren) to understand the first ten chapters of John. It is a great tool to help children learn to study the Word of God and what Bible study should and could look like. The product came in excellent condition and I would definitely use this vendor again.
