True, there is an occasional typo or other niggling error, but not nearly enough to remove any stars. In fact, the gung-ho attitude of the author is appreciated.Insofar as information, though, despite its wealth of tasty recipes, there is a need for improvement. Aside from a brief mention of serving quantity and an estimate of how much time will elapse from starting preparation to eating, there is precious little information. For the ever-growing number of people afflicted with Type 2 Diabetes, this is regrettable. I have three instant pot books but this book is the superstar. The auhtor has introduced an amazing instant pot cookbook, abounded with delicious recipes. This is a very informative book. This book all of the information and step by step guide very helpful for make Instant Pot recipes. Me and my family love this book recipes. I am happy to read this book.
This cookbook arrived yesterday and I took considerable time looking through every recipe last evening. Many call for unusual proportions and ingredients, for example, a bean dish that calls for 2 Tbsp of beans--seriously? There was a chicken dish with drumsticks as an ingredient but later in the recipe, it says to remove "thighs" from the IP. There are unfinished instructions and sentences, bad grammar, and misspelled words and yes, a proper book should not contain that many errors, especially a cookbook. I can't trust it to be accurate. I will be either returning it or tossing it into the fireplace.
The first recipe I tried didn’t even mention two of the ingredients in the instructions. It’s a poorly organized book that appears to have been thrown together to jump on the Instant Pot bandwagon. I don’t think it was even edited.
